Teaching
I teach through a Chicana feminist praxis — interdisciplinary, multi-genre, and grounded in students' own subjugated knowledge. Across early and later American literature, Chicanx/Latinx cultural production, and critical theory, she treats the classroom as a site of collective, engaged inquiry where disagreement is where the thinking happens.
